Life Coaching
Life coaching for a more direct approach to making optimal decisions such as career choices or dealing with life's changes. Guided meditation and other individualize creative modalities are available at no extra fee.

If you are feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, or have gone through trauma or any life changing event, there is hope and help. Cognitive behavioral therapy and other modalities are offered. We will we work together in a nonjudgemental environment to assist you in overcoming issues you may have to improve your life going forward.
I also offer life coaching, which is more of a mentoring approach for optimal decision making.
As a solution-focused counselor your help will be tailored to meet your specific needs, whether you require support for codependency, recovery from narcissistic abuse, or help with any relationship issues.

As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, I offer those services as well as divorce counseling.
Together, we will embark on a transformative journey toward healing and personal growth in a supportive and empowering space for you.
